Applesauce recipe
10 cooking apples
1/2 cup water
1/2-1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
cook in Crockpot on high for 3-4 hrs or on low for 8-10  hrs

Pumpkin Spice Cookies

The Week of October 17th we will make Pumpkin Spice Cookies
1 pkg Betty Crocker super moist carrot cake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup margarine or butter , melted
1 egg
1 can(16 oz) Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
36 candy pumpkins
Directions:
1.)heat oven to 350*F.Grease cookie sheet  In large bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin, margarine and egg; stir until well combined.  Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
2.)Bake at 350*F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and set in center.  Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
3.)Frost cooled cookies with cream cheese frosting.  Press 1 candy pumpkin onto each cookie.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies

Alligator Cake
1 box Red Velvet Cake mix follow directions on cake box
pour cake mix into 8' round cake pans bake on 350' for 25 mins or until cake comes out clean when you poke it with a tooth pick.
